A popular shape, densely filled only with Super Badger Hair. Turned in four sizes of which this is the third. Total height is 100mm. Handles continue to be individually turned on a lathe, polished and filled by hand using a knot of selected Chinese badger hair. With the proper care the brush should last for many years. Simpsons state that the density of hair in their shaving brushes means that a brush stand, for inverting the brush is not required.
